Where should I stay and eat?

From April 22–25, guests are invited to stay with us at Novanta. Accommodations and meals will be provided for invited guests at no cost.

What is the weather like in April?

Expect mild spring weather (60F-70F) with cooler nights (45F-55F) and the possibility of light rain.

What should I pack?

Pack for a variety of activities including walks, pasta making, wine tasting, and relaxing by the pool while keeping the weather in mind. Additionally pack your evening and wedding attire. Portions of the venue will have dirt or cobblestone paths, comfortable shoes are encouraged.

What should I wear to the wedding?

The dress code is formal attire, dress up with us! Think long dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or tuxes.

Can I bring my kids?

Although we love your little ones, due to venue restrictions we will not be able to accommodate any children for the weekend

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to our more intimate celebration, only those specifically listed on the invitation are invited.

When can I RSVP?

Formal invitations with full event details and RSVP instructions will be mailed to you at a later date; please return your RSVP by the date indicated on the invitation.

When should I book my trip?

We recommend beginning to plan your travel as soon as you can. Around the time that you receive your formal invitation would be a good time to book travel. Airfare to Italy typically rises as the date approaches, so securing flights and any additional accommodations early will give you better availability and pricing.

I want to extend my trip, where should I go?

We recommend exploring more of Italy while you're here. We loved visiting Florence, Venice, and Rome.

Can I extend my stay at Novanta?

Yes! Subject to availability, additional nights can be added. Please let us know if you would like to extend your stay and we can connect you with our venue coordinator.

What do I need to travel to Italy?

You will need a valid passport to travel from the U.S. to Italy. If you plan to rent a car, bring your U.S. driver’s license and obtaining an International Driving Permit (IDP) through AAA is recommended.
